This is an overhead electrical service coming into a home. Three wires suggest it is at least 100 amps. It is in good condition and a relatively new upgrade on an older home.

If you look closely you can see the wires are in contact with a brown metal downspout from the gutters at the roofs edge. This is a dangerous condition and should be rectified immediately, to avoid any fire or shock hazard.
